Hi pico lovers! I am so excited to start this blog up. This name was kind of creative as my name on pico is "toast" and a toast is in celebration. So without further ado, this is "Toast To Pico!"
In my blog, I am going to be sharing priceless and useful tips and tricks to pico, as well as countless updates and photographs. With luck and hard work, I plan to make this the most popular and useful pico blog yet! Help me out and let me know you are reading my blog by following!
So...for my first issue of Toast To Pico, I am going to show you my newcomers pico tutourial.
1. Ringing and favoriting rooms-
When you ring a room, it is a way of saying you like somebody's room, and it gives them 10 coins. When you favorite a room, it is just a way of saying you like somebody's room, and you have their room on a list so you can access it easily. Here is a picture showing where the ring and favorite buttons are.

Click the little panda heart button beside the word "Favorite" to favorite a room.
Click the green "Ring" button to ring a room.

2. Props
To props a player...

Press the orange "Props!" button on their player card.

After you props someone, the button will turn grey and you know you have propsed them.
3. Shopping
So, where do you buy cool clothes, furniture, and loot?
Go to the SHOP tab on the bottom of your pico window.

You can click the box (Use a Token) to buy certain items with tokens. You start AmebaPico with 5 Tokens.
4. Currency
In the last chapter, we discussed tokens. That is one form of Ameba Pico currency. There are three in total. The other two forms of currency are AmebaGold and Gummies. Gummies are earned on an everyday basis from recieving rings, props, food, and playing games. AmebaGold can either be earned by completing offers or bought with a credit card.
Two tabs; BUY AmebaGold and EARN AmebaGold can be found at the top of the Ameba Pico window.
5. Missions

You can earn gummies on Pico by completing missions. Your missions can be found in the very top right of the pico window. It looks like a little book with a star on the cover.
When you complete missions, you recieve a "star" on that mission and a sum of gummies in the range from 100-1000 gummies.
6. Rooms & Blocks
Your Room can be visited in two ways. The first is to click the little red house on your player card. The player card can be accessed by clicking on your avatar.

This is my house. The more money you get, the bigger and fancier you can build your house. Now we have finally come to one of the most creative and distinctive features of pico. Blocks.

These are just a couple of the many different shaped and colored blocks of Ameba Pico. If you noticed in my house, I have different floors, a swimming pool, etc. etc. These are all made of blocks. One by one, blocks are stacked and placed and moved to make tons of interesting and amazing creations. Here are a few of the most amazing works built...

7. Changing Your Look
Getting tired of your old pico look? Your name? Well good news- you can change both!
First, open up your player card. There is a blue
settings button on the bottom right.

When you click on this, a window will pop up. Click CHANGE LOOK or CHANGE NICKNAME on the bottom or top right of the window. If you choose to change your nickname...

If you choose to change your look, another window will pop up that looks like when you started pico. You are unable to change your gender, but you can change all of your facial and hair features. It requires 300 gummies to change your look.

8. Events
We aren't finished yet! Now we move on to events! To go to events, you once again click the room tab. You will automatically come to the events tab, and there will be a long list of events for you to choose from. You can also make your own event! To make your own event, click the "Create Event" button when you are in the events tab. A window that looks like this will pop up...

You can choose the name of your event, the description, and whether you want to notify your pico friends that you are having an event. Speaking of friends, we move on to the next chapter!
9. Adding Buddies
Meet someone that you like? Want to be their buddy?
When you add a friend in pico, you automatically have access to see when they are online, private message them, and follow them to the room they are in. These are features you do not have if you are not someone's buddy. To add someone, open their player card. Click the blue "Add Buddy" button in the bottom right. A window will pop up with a box for you to write a message. You are required to write a message, or your letter will not send.

10. Actions
See other picos jumping for joy? Crying? Doing backflips and cool dances? Well you can too!

If you look at the white chat bar at the bottom of your pico window, you will see a little list of "Actions." You automatically have Sad, Joy, Bow, Hello, and Angry. You can buy other actions like Nod, Backflip, Please, and much more for gummies, tokens, and ag; depending on the move.
11. Travel!
Well, we move back to our handy little options bar at the bottom of the screen!

Ever dream of visiting ancient egypt and bowing to the queen? Eating at a french cafe? Sitting in the torch on the statue of liberty? Well, here is another unique and defining feature of Ameba Pico. Travel. See the little blue door on the options bar? When you click on this, a window will pop up with many tabs. You can choose to go to areas in the world, fun little parks, language areas, games, and shops! All in the Travel Bar. This is where it all happens!

Here is another feature in our option bar! Decor. This is very simple. When you buy furniture, it goes into your Decor. To access it, you have to go to your room, scroll down to the options bar, and click the little green room labeled "Decor." Here you can click on pieces of furniture and decorate your room! Heres the secret to moving furniture. First, you click on a piece of furniture in your decor. Then, it will appear in the room, closest to where you are. If it does not appear, try moving to a different area because something may be in the way. Click on the piece of furniture in the room. Three options will appear: Move, Rotate, and Pick Up. If you don't want to click and move furniture, you can click the piece of furniture, then simply use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move it. Rotation is simple. Just click the option. To pick up the piece of furniture you click that option, too. It will go back into your inventory.
13. Pocket
You can also find your pocket on your options list. The tab depicts a pocket with colored blocks in it. Click on this, and a small window will appear. There are different tabs for different categories of things. The categories are Foods, Goods, Pet, and All.

14. Changing Room Title, Picture, and Description
Now let's name your room! Go to your room and click the blank (or filled in) space on the right of your picture in the top left of your room. This is where your room name should be. When you click on this, the window pictured below should pop up.
You can choose your room name, description, entry permission, and room picture here.
Underneath your room picture (or blank box if you are new) is the button: Change The Room Photo. This will open a little camera window for you to capture the photo. Always remember to click "hide" to hide the orange arrow pointing to you.
15. Camera
How do you access your camera to take photos out of your room? This is what I have been using to take all the beautiful photos on this blog! :P
Click the camera button above our friendly little options bar. It should be quite noticeable.
16. Gacha
Oh no! We are forgetting another important factor of Pico! The Gacha!
Think of the Gacha like a gumball machine, but you win prizes! It costs 100 gummies to play the gacha. There are many gachas, even some that require ag, but those are mostly in special themed parks. The daily gacha (the one for everybody) can be found in the very very right of our friendly little options bar! It looks like a gumball machine with a smiling face and a top hat! Here's what the gacha window looks like...
